Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, we begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to modify the order.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped shortly after.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing, shipping usually takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on demand and location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
